This serie of charcoal drawings on paper was made during the pandemic's first lock-down, early 2020 in Switzerland. The inspiration came from my recent move to Bern, seeing the 3 captive bears in a park right in the middle of the city, being confined in a small appartement trying to figure out what to do with my time, keeping on the bright side of life. A bit of boredom, a lot of self reflection, all this, sitting on a very uncomfortable desk chair.

This is a humorous and poetic view of this time.
